Terms of Payment and Booking

The Parties

This agreement applies between the person who books or pays for a pitch in Stocka Harbour. In the text, the person ordering/paying is referred to as the "Customer", and the non-profit association Stocka Hamnförening, trading as Stocka Gästhamn, corporate ID no. 887501-3354, as "We" or the "Supplier".

Booking and Payment

Bookings and payments are made on our website stockahamn.se. All prices are shown in SEK including VAT. The Customer must be at least 18 years old and use VISA, Mastercard, BankID, or Swish for payment.

Times

Check-in from 13:00. Check-out no later than 13:00. The price includes the pitch, access to the service house, booking fee, and electricity (10 amperes).

Payment/Booking Confirmation

Check your booking confirmation for correct details. In case of errors, contact us at stockahamn@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We respond within 3 working days. For urgent matters, contact our harbour host at +46 70-581 78 26. Payment is made immediately upon booking.

Cancellation

Cancellations can be made online via stockahamn.se. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of the booking are non-refundable.

Responsibility and Order

Follow the rules of order for Stocka Harbour. The Customer is responsible for their belongings and for any damage they may cause. Please be quiet and respect other guests between 22:00 and 08:00. Use electrical outlets for charging only.

Environment and Other

Recycling and waste management are important — please use the bins by the service house. Drinking water must not be used for washing vehicles.

Breach of Contract

The agreement may be terminated if the terms are not followed or if disruptive behaviour or vandalism occurs.

Force Majeure

In the event of extreme circumstances such as war or natural disasters, the agreement may be terminated and payment refunded.
